Vlookup for Stock price

If we have big database of daily stock prices with column of date,stock and price. How can we vlookup specific stock in specific date? On daily basis we have a large stocks list... Please solve this...

If the Date/Stock rows are unique, then try something like

=SUMIFS($C$2:$C$1000,A2:A1000,H3,B2:B1000,H2)

where prices are in C2:C1000, dates are in A2:A1000, date of interest is in H3, stocks are in B2:B1000, stock of interest is in H2

Thanks Peter for promt solution... But don't want sum of prices. If I have multiple items prices on daily basis... Then how can I know the specific item price on specific date... Thanks

If you have multiple prices for the same stock on the same day, how do we know which one to choose?
Did you try the suggested formula?
