Hi

I'm trying to do a Vlookup with a ref no.

91903 to 91903
this is the easy part for me but i have multiple ref no but the answers i'm looking for are different.
in the place its looking up its set out like

91902 3rd
91903 1st
91903 nontime
91903 2nd
91903 timeadded
91903 3rd

and what i am trying to find is when the ref no is found it picks out that it is a 3rd not any of the others

If anyone can help?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Autofilter may be a better way to find the row you want.
Or add a helper column that combines the first and second columns and do the vlookup on that.
