I've tried searching for this online and can't find exactly what I need.

What code can I use to have my comment and image load from column H on the second sheet into the first sheet when typing in the corresponding lookup value.

Hi,

You are talking about ' comment ' ...

It looks to me you should be digging into UserForms ...
