have a question which I don't think is possible.
can the vlookup I have in place be adapted to pull cell colours in as well as the data in the cell without the need for conditional formatting?
as far as my knowledge goes excel isn't capable of pulling if cell formats only the data in said cell.
why do I get the impression I've just answered my own question....
