Using this formula below, where D15 =99, I get the data back EXCEPT it is always one column to the left from where it should be. I SHOULD get $1.40 but I get $1.60 every time. Any help would be most appreciated.

=VLOOKUP(A6,bk,MATCH(D15,bkt,1))

Here's what the data looks like:

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Not sure what is bkt range name and bk range name, but try:

=VLOOKUP(A6,bk,MATCH(D15,bkt,1)+1)

As bebo mentioned it depends very much on your named ranges. Ideally you want the start and end columns of both ranges to be the same.
So if bk starts at A then bkt should start at A.

PS: its not a good idea to have range names that can be interpreted to be Column references, with Columns going out to XFD both your range names would be viable as column references.
