Visio - Is there a forum like this, or can I ask a newbie question here?

Hello,

You guys are lifesavers when it comes to my Excel questions -- I'm moderately proficient with Excel but when I run into something here at my new job I just have no time to figure out on my own, I can always find the answer here.

Well now my bosses have me working with Visio, a program I've never used before. I went through Microsoft's online training so I have the basics, but I'm wonder if anyone knows of a forum where I could post my newbie questions like I do for Excel here? Or is anyone proficient enough to help me with some basic stuff?

My quick question with Visio is for some reason, the text in my boxes is lining up really high, not centered, and there appears to be an extra line under my text that I can't delete no matter what I do. It makes some 3-line boxes unreadable. It kinda looks like this:

----------------------
.......Blah Blah........
....Blah Blah Blah.....
.......More Blah.......
........<blank>.........
---------------------

(I hope that works.) In Word or Excel I would make sure the text box was set up to have the text centered in the box but I don't know how to do that in Visio.

Ideas, or a point in the right direction, are always appreciated. Thanks!!

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Okay hang on. I figured it out, using the Text Block Tool (found using the arrow next to the Text Tool, button with an "A" on it).

But if anyone still knows of a Visio forum, that'd be great. Thanks!
