Hi, I have a report in access, but instead of viewing that report in access, I would like to open that as excel speard sheet. I mean after entering my parameters, like start data and end date, etc, when I hit to view report, then it should print that report in excel? can you please help me with this? any example?

Thanks in advance

Amna

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Although I am "New" to Access, I offer the following: With the report open on your screen in Access, Click File/Export, then at bottom of dialog window choose Files of Type = Microsoft Excel *.xls and click on Save. This will create an Excel file with your report layout, in editable worksheet format. Hope this helps! /s/ Larry
