I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but here goes.

Is there a program, free for trial, or Pay, that would let me view another person's monitor to see if He is doing things correctly?

I wrote a VBA procedure for them, but they seem to not be able to get it to work correctly. Numerous phone call conversations have not solved the problem. So I'm thinking that something is missconcieved in the verble conversations and is a human mistake as to what Should be done.

So I was thinking that, if I could see Exactly what they are doing, I could put my finger on the problem.

Is there such a way to go about this?

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Try a web search on remote desktop connection. You could also check out DameWare mini remote control.

Remote Assistance is also a good keyword search. Windows offers tools for this in XP, Vista, and Win 7 (it's a standalone application in the latter, I think). There's also a variety of third-party dedicated apps - surely some with free trials.

On Cnet.com it has a great program called Teamviewer, either a portable version or one that you install on both computers.

I can say that TEAMVIEWER is just brilliant. I use it a lot and it is free with no limitations for private view.
It can be downloaded from their home site teamviewer.com.

You get the other parties login number and password and off you go, you take control of their PC, you can also download and upload files.
