Vertical Scroll Bar unresponsive

Have noticed (on my PC, at least) while in Excel Q&A Screen the Vertical Scroll Bars are Unresponsive. Not sure if this problem is on my side or yours... Jim May
 
Seems to be working fine for me.
You aren't using the new IE 11 browser, by any chance, are you?
