I am not sure I am posting to the correct board. I need a spreadsheet that will tally a mortgage balance even when the payment is missed. Add the interest due to the balance, etc. I looked at some of the Vertex42 products and couldn't find that. I'd like to keep the amort. chart with those changes made to them for when my buyer asks why his balance is higher that the original loan. Thanks if you can help me.
