Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
you can go to cell F13 and hit tab which simply adds another row with the same table formatting.

Thanks but I know how to add another row. What I can't seem to figure out is how to list vehicle 3 and 4 and update the formula above the data

you just need to right click on row seven and insert another row and add more vehicles there. you can just insert a new sumifs function under the amounts to add up the totals for that vehicle's repairs. meaning if you add a new row for a new vehicle called Nissan and start adding amounts of repairs, you can then right click on row seven afterwards to add a new row, add Nissan, then use a new sumifs function such as =SUMIFS(C11:C16,D11:D16,B7). the more rows you add for nissan, the more it will add it up for you under that function.
