I need some assistance with writing a code that will move the complete row if the value in the last column against the row is marked as "closed". This should be activated at the click of a button or through a short cut key. The closed items need to move to the empty row (the row after the last updated row) in that same sheet
Once the closed action has been completed, a pdf version of the document needs to be mailed.
Basically the excel spreadsheet is a means to document minutes of meetings and is set in a specific format. The closed items need to be moved under the section marked Closed and added to the last row. once completed the updated minutes need to be emailed using the default email application (not outlook)- triggered by a button or short cut key . The document will be accessed by multiple staff but may only get updated by a group of 5 people (incase their access details have to be updated).
