VBE Properties Windows Backspace Key Lag When Editing

Hello all.

I have this annoying issue on VBE for Excel where it lags when I use the backspace key to edit any properties of any object in VBE. For example, a Userform Caption.

I believe it is not due to my keyboard settings because everywhere else the backspace key works with no delay at all. It works fine on a worksheet or on any text editor, even the VBE code window itself. It only lags on the Properties window in any field.

I'm on Windows 10 with Office 2019. I've tried reinstalling office and switching between 32/64 bits to see if it'd help, but it didn't.

How long is the delay. When useing the VBE properties window, I also experience some delay or glitchiness in the cursor, but not enough to be a problem,

A good 1 second. It might not be much but it's there, especially when my other device doesn't have the problem. It only happens when I use the backspace key too like to rename a textbox.

I hope someone has an answer..

A second is a good long time. (Well, bad in this case)
I don't have any solution.
