VBA with lookup cell reference and Get multiple columns from Source sheet

Hello Experts,

Need help on VBA to match single cell (Date Reference) and get multiple columns from Source Sheet to different sheet. Since data is huge by row and Columns are limited to 17 I am unable to get multiple matched Rows. Below picture might help, let me know if more information is needed. Thanks in advance.
