Vba vlookup across multiple sheets

How to lookup across multiple sheets ,from multiple tab in lookup file,select common column and multiple lookup columns .condition is I want to take path for each file from user and also save at desired folder
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
