Hi,

I have data I download from the internet, in a text like format.
my code pastes it into A1, but I would like to do paste as if I am doing it manually.
a Copy and Paste works manually but want to get this working in my code.

I store the downloaded data in a variable, then write it to A1.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Can you show us what the data looks like. Depending on how it is formed you may be able to parse it out into an array using the Split function. You can then put the elements of the array anywhere you would like...
