VBA Userfrom Textbox input alignment

Please can someone assist me.

How do I get the text captured in a userform textbox aligned left.
It is aligned left, however when the number of characters typed exceeds the textbox size (visually) the text is kept to the right (last character instead of the first character.)

I would like the left to be visual and the text exceeded on the right can be cut off (visually).

Put the following code in the EXIT event of the textbox:

Me.TextBox1.SelStart = 0

So, it should look like this:
