VBA: UserForm that Filters similar to Excel

Is there any existing sample code that creates a userform from Excel Data and then allows users to filter that data similar to the filter buttons from default Excel?

I've created a userform, but the dynamic coding is too slow to repopulate everything.

Thanks for the link that's actually decent.

Is it possible to create an Excel Userform like the Datasheet fiew from Access? The user can filter below by default with ease.
