Hi

Im using this code

VBA Code:
Sub Toggle_Columns()

    Dim r As Range

    For Each r In ActiveSheet.Range("P1")
        If r.EntireColumn.Hidden Then
            r.EntireColumn.Hidden = False
        Else
            r.EntireColumn.Hidden = True
        End If
    Next r
End Sub

How do I code it so that if Column P is showing, then hide column S and vice versa so if S is showing hide column P. This will be assigned to a toggle button so I switch between what column I want show when suited.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

Try this.
VBA Code:
Sub Toggle_Columns()

     ActiveSheet.Range("P1").EntireColumn.Hidden = Not ActiveSheet.Range("P1").EntireColumn.Hidden
     ActiveSheet.Range("S1").EntireColumn.Hidden = Not ActiveSheet.Range("P1").EntireColumn.Hidden

End Sub

Hope that helps.
