I have a column that the user wishes to have a simple calculation (H11-M11) as well as having a % in the same cell.

Formula is :::
Excel Formula:
=(H11-M11)&" / "&TEXT(H11/M11,"0%")

If the first part is negative, I wish for it to be RED.
If not, then GREEN.

Does someone know of a code that allows this?

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
You don't need VBA. Just use Conditional Formatting, with a Conditional Formatting formula rule of:
Excel Formula:
=H11-M11<0
