VBA to turn on the Set Focus Feature In 365

Is there a way that you can program the turning Set Focus, found in 365, on and off using VBA?
 
You can use:

VBA Code:
application.CommandBars.ExecuteMso "FocusActiveCell"

to toggle it. I don't think it's exposed directly in the object model.
