Hi Experts,
I am hope for some help with a VBA to automatically send an email to a certain person based on the cell result of a drop down menu.
So if cell B4 says Approved - then email .dccnet.com. But if it is changed via the drop down meu to Ready for Approval then email @gamil.com.
Is this doable? Many many thanks in advance !!

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Yes this doable. Is the drop down a validation list and what if it doesn't say either of your choices. What should the different subject title's state and what goes in the body of the email based on the selection? Is it Outlook your using for your emails?

Thank you for you response.! It is a drop down list and there will be only 4 choices "Approved" "Cancelled" "Drafting" & "Ready for Approval".
The Title of the email should be whatever is in Column "A" and "B". The body of the email need not elaborate anything. Just "Thank You".
Some of the users may be using Outlook. I do. But some may simply just use their gmail address online.
