Hi Experts
I have a table where I have rows grouped above and below and only few rows remain visible. (I'm attaching table picture for reference)

Now I need a vba where I could select all visible rows - Leaving one from above and one from below.

As in this Picture - Rows 1169 to 1181 are visible and I need to select table rows from 1170 to 1180.

At times I need to do that many times a day so thought working with macro will make it convenient.

Please help.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Humble Thanks to Everyone who didn't help, it motivated me to solve the problem myself.

Thanks Again.
