vba to refresh links

Hi

I have some vba code the will refresh links and return figures from destination workbooks.. Works fine if the workbook has been opened today. If the workbook hasn't been opened it returns the figures from the previous day.

The destination workboks use the formula today(). As aswell as refresh the links, I need to refresh or recalculate the destination workbooks too to get a live update.
