Hello, I am looking for some Code to put in Outlook so that I am able to select a few calendar items (or all) and add a new recipient (Which is a room). I think I then need to send the calendar invite on but only to new recipients (the new room).

No historic instances need to be changed.

The reason I'm doing this is because we originally didn't have room finder up and working and created a calendar (before my time!!!) There are hundreds of entries and so dont want to have to go through each one manually.

I'm normally a dab hand at excel coding but its completely thrown me being in the outlook environment.

If anyone could help, that would be most appreciated.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
