VBA to open a specific template

Is it possible to do something similar to below?

Open a workbook which automatically triggers a macro.
Once the macro runs a dialogue box will appear and has options of "Herds: 1, 2, 3, 4" and "Hay: 1, 2, 3, 4"
You must select either 1, 2, 3 or 4 for each of the options and press ok.
Once you press ok, it will open a template, pre-saved based on the selection.

Basically, open a workbook based on the dialogue box selection.

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
