VBA to move email in outlook as per condition

I am looking for a vba code to apply rule in Microsoft outlook to apply conditions are not available in outlook

Condition

1) Move all email to selected folder when specific person is in CC
2) Move all email to selected folder when my name is in To list along with other groups but specific person is not in CC
3) Move all email to selected folder when my name is in To list and specific person is in CC List
