VBA to insert specific rows in form

Hi, I need some help. I need copy specific rows (filled rows) from sheet2 and insert to sheet1 specific place between 8 and 9 rows(Sheet header is from 1 row to 9row and sheet footer is from 9 till 18 row. All information from Sheet2 have to be placed between them). This is like proposal form for multiple use. So I need another script to delete copied rows, that i clean sheet and can prepare another proposal. I have google but haven't find similar case.
