This is probably a quite simple request for many, but I'm really struggling so if anyone can help me please that would be fantastic :-)

I have a spreadsheet called Highlight Reports, which has six different tabs which are completed weekly. We then export the whole workbook to PDF.

Is there a VBA which could just create a button, maybe added to all tabs for ease, which when clicked will export to PDF and save in the downloads folder?

Thanks in advance of your help

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
VBA Code:
 ActiveWorkbook.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, Filename:="C:\test2\test.pdf"
