Hi Everyone,

I know in VBA you can make the sheet full screen, but this hides all the save options,
I'd like to be able to make the Ribbon hide,

If i go to the far right of the sheet the ribbon bar has a dropdown that give you the folllowing options
Shown Ribbon
Full-screen Mode
Show tabs Only
always show ribbon

I'd like a macro that could choose the "Show tabs only" option?

Or to put it another way I'd like to hide all the controls except the quick access tools and the row that says "File, Home, insert,Draw Etc."

anyone know how i could do this?
thanks
Tony

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Try

VBA Code:
Sub Test()

CommandBars.ExecuteMso "MinimizeRibbon"

End Sub

The function will toggle. Each time you run it, the ribbon will be shown or hide.
