I have a table which will displays data based on cell A13.

A13 = "A" then Number format
A13 = "B" the % format

From the table I have created a Chart, Which is fine when the data is in number format. Is there a way to change the format to % (and limit max range to 100%) when cell A13 is "B"

Any help would be appreciated.
