I am looking for a VBA code to bold cell contents of sheet 2 when they do not equal the contents of the same cell on sheet1. I was doing this with conditional formatting but when i run another macro it messes up the conditional formatting. I tried doing as much vba as i know with no luck.

The range is A12:Q2000. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
It seems like a job for conditional formatting. Instead of a new macro, how about if you get the macro you are using to not mess up your conditional formatting? Whatever the macro is doing to mess up the conditional formatting could cause problems with whatever macro you write to replace the conditional formatting.
