VBA split file and password

Hi all,
I am using the following macro to split a worksheet into several files based on a column chosen by the user.
The issue is :
- it needs to be sorted first on the column the user will choose
- I need to password protect each files with a different password and I do it manually now.

Can someone please help me modifying this macro by :
- adding an automatic sorting on the column chosen by the user ?
- adding an automatic passwording based on a column "Password" also chosen by the user. For example by typing the number of the column where the passwords are.
