Im looking for a code in order to search all of column A for a value and select it, could anyone give me a hand? My boss will not allow me to use the CTRL-F feature.

Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
You can use the code that mikerickson supplied in your thread here just change Range("5:5") to Range("A:A")

I dont understand how that code works, i want to be able to type in a search box and have my value selected. Sorry im new to Macros
