VBA seach sheet names.

Have copied data.
Want to insert the data in workbook Alpha in cell A1.
However I want it to loop though each sheet and insert the data in the sheet named:
TB*, meaning TB plus any other characters following..

If there is no sheet called TB*, I want a new sheet to be copied in called TB. And copy the data here.
