VBA Scrollbar Increment Help

Very much a beginner here. I'm trying to set up a scroll bar that doesn't increment by a fixed number, but instead increments through a data series in a column. How do I modify my VBA code to do so?

Any help is much appreciated! No such thing as overexplaining for me...
