While editing a record on a form, if I hit an Okay button to update the record, I just
SendKeys "{TAB}", True 'update the field
RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord
What would I instead stick on an "exit, abandoning changes" button? I don't want to del the record with
RunCommand acCmdSelectRecord
RunCommand acCmdDelete
but rather I want to just undo any unsaved edits and leave the record as is.
Worse yet, if user hits tab key, then closes form, the record is changed anyway. I don't even know what acCmdSaveRecord accomplishes.
Moreover, what exactly does acCmdUndo do? This is for A97 if that's known to be different. (Maybe a later version introduced a true back-out?)
