Hi there! So I am doing comparison reviews between a system calc and also using VBA to calc % based on criteria. Column T contains tenure. Our system rounds 4.9986 to 5.0, but 4.9900 would round down to 4.0.

Is there any way to properly round up / down to nearest whole # based on the above?

Ty!!

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Wrap your solution with the ceiling function like lets assume your variable for that 4.9900 is x then do this

Code:
WorksheetFunction.Ceiling(x,1)

sorry forgot that part change it to this

Code:
WorksheetFunction.Ceiling(x,0.005)

This will round 4.9986 to 5 and leave 4.9900 alone
