VBA Ribbon Toggle button

Hi, Is it possible to add 2 macros to the toggle button, so when click on a macro runs and when clicked off another macro runs. I have all the xml and vba code setup for the toggle button to work, however I am not sure how to add macros to the toggle button. can someone help with this please
