VBA Remove Table Rows

I've taken my data and converted it into an Excel table. I'm trying to delete any rows within the table that have the value "H" in Column U. Can anyone assist? I've unsuccessfully tried using a few different variations of code that I've found on various forums, but I'm wondering if there is something specific I need to do because this is a formatted table, not just the normal worksheet.

you can do autofilter and remove filtered data. try on these lines
