Hello,

I have a couple of files that my manager uploads into an internal folder for our department on a monthly basis. Those files relate to multiple existing real estate investments of our own.

Each real estate file differs in terms of its format. What I need is one cell from each of those files, and that is the effective monthly rent figure.

I need to compile all those effective monthly rent figures in a Monthly Report excel file that I submit to my manager showcasing the effective rent for every month.

How can I create a VBA to allow me to extract the effective monthly rent figure from those files every month into my Monthly Report file ?

Thank you!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
