VBA PivotTable Field Properties

The data I get from Corporate comes in as an OLAP PivotTable. Some of the Dimensions(Text Fields) have Properties associated with them. For example a Project has a "Project Name" and "Project Manager" property. In the PivotTable tools /Options ribbon there is an OLAP Tools drop down for Property Fields. What I'm attempting to do is create a similar structure. I'm combining multiple sources of data into one and would like to have some fields become a "property" So hovering over a person's name might reveal their ID# and then I could show those properties in the Pivot Table.

Anyone know a) if it's possible to create a property field in a pivot table within Excel and b) if so what the method or object is used?

Thanks,

JCW
