VBA: partial text Coloring in Excel(NOT CELLS)

I have three columns in sheet1, Name ( in Column A), Secret code (Column B), and Secret Name (Column C).
If any part of the name ( in Column A) matches with the Secret code ( in Column B), and Secret Name (in Column C).then partially color the matches.
If a cell or row is empty then jump to the next cell or row.
