Dear Friends, I'm new to VBA, I need accomplish a task of regular activity in my work. The requirement 1. Open the file from location 2. Go to sheet name Day -1( sheet name will be "_0714") filter and keep only Day-1 data in Date column. second Filter Gender Column keep only MALE. This task should be repeated for all the files in the folder.Please help.

Some items in your request are not clear:

You say the sheet name will be "Day -1" and it will be "_0714"
Which one is it?
Do the sheets have a fixed name or are they based on a date?
Is the date in the file name? What is the format for the file name?
What is the format for the sheet name? Looks like "_MMDD"

Is "Day-1" an actual entry in the date column or is this another date reference?
Is the Date column Column A ?

So delete the non-MALE rows? or just hide them?
