Simple question - is there a single zipfile available to download the 27 chapters' examples in one go, or is chapter by chapter the only option ?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
The link should be to an exe that will install all the chapters (with a help file) to your system... I"m not sure what link you are looking at.
 
On [removed by admin] -the links are by chapter only ?

hmm - didn't realize he did it that way for the 2nd book.
I'll see what I can do for you. It may be a large download, tho. Is that an issue?
