Use below code:

Sub moveSheet()
Dim myWB As Workbook

'to create a new workbook
Set myWB = Workbooks.Add

'to move a sheet from this workbook to new workbook
ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("Sheet1").Move after:=myWB.ActiveSheet
End Sub
