Hi there,

I am trying to create a macro to save an entire workbook (4 sheets) to one PDF. I can find VBA to save the active sheet but not the entire workbook. It just needs to open the Save As menu and automatically have PDF as the save as option so I can then choose the file location to save it to manually.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
?

ThisWorkbook.ExportAsFixedFormat xlTypePDF, "FilePath" & "FileName" & ".pdf"

Thanks for replying. I'm not good at writing code I'm afraid so not sure what that means? I did a cut and paste for the other code that saved the active worksheet only.

Post the code that you use to save the active worksheet to PDF.
