VBA Macro Question For MS Word

I know this is an excel forum but I thought I’d try this anyway. I need to create a simple macro the will paste the contents of the clipboard into a word dialog box and then select ‘OK’ button. When I try to record a macro any commands while the boxes are open do not record. The dialog box is for a fill-in field in a row of text. I’ll manually highlight the row then I want to automate the fill-in from the clipboard. In word the fillin field can be activated via F9. Please help…

You did not say which version of Office is being used but you may also find the following useful if you want to import specific data to Word from Excel (actually it 'exports' from Excel to Word):
