VBA/ Macro - autofilter based on cell value located on another sheet

Hello I really need some help,

I would like to set up a Macro/VBA that filters the contents of my table based on the contents of a cell in another sheet.

Key Info:

The table is in a sheet called: 'GOALS ANALYSIS 2.0'
The table ranges from cells: A4:HQ368 (Including headings)
The column I would like to apply the filter too is: C4:C368 (including heading)

The input cell is in a sheet called: 'Print Out Report'
The input cell is: F4:V5


Any help on this would save me masses of time.
