VBA in PowerPoint - Creating Shape Upon Click

I am running the following VBA code in PowerPoint which was working until my PowerPoint file crashed - now when I reopened the file, the code no longer works. Anyone know why this may be? Also, even dumber question, how do I copy code into another application (like this forum) so I don't have to screenshot and attach a picture?

You can place your code within code tags ( </> ) so that the code can easily be copied/pasted for testing purposes. You can find the button for code tags on the menu above the text area when posting (see image below).
